Description of Service

Promptly is a departure assistant app that connects to your calendar, calculates departure times with buffer time, and provides one-tap navigation to your events.

Subscriptions and Payments

Promptly offers a premium subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the accuracy of your calendar events and addresses
Ensuring you have a valid driver's license if driving to destinations
Using the app safely and not while operating a vehicle
Keeping your device and account secure

Disclaimers

Promptly provides estimated departure times based on typical traffic conditions. We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of travel time estimates
Real-time traffic conditions
That you will arrive on time to any event

Travel times are provided by third-party mapping services and may vary based on actual conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Latency Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed appointments or events.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
